I am using uTIPu, because it is free, and you can dub your voice later.  You can discard, and re-record, because you never hit it on the first try.

Post the video.

uTIPu:

• Login to your uTIPu account, upload the video.
• Cut and paste the “Embed” code into the post or page.
• The video will look like this:
